Need a little help with that New Year's resolution?

Did you know that January 24th is apparently the most depressing day of the year?
The combination of the weather, post-Christmas debt, fading memories of enjoying the Christmas break, and failure at keeping those New Year resolutions can lead to generally feeling low and fed-up. General motivation can plummet, but you are torn by a desperate feeling that you should be taking action...
Recognise any of this?
If you are interested in taking control and making 2007 different, contact me now to find out how Life Coaching can support you in making significant and lasting changes in your life, rather than relying on those short-term resolutions..

Are you living your life to its fullest potential? Would you like to be the best you can be?

Are you unhappy with some aspect of your life and want to make a change, but feel overwhelmed by the challenge? Are you always meaning to do things but struggle to take action? If so, Life Coaching could help…I discovered Life Coaching around 2 years ago and it made an enormous impact on me. So much so that I completed the Certificate in Life Coaching from Newcastle College and then, following extensive practical work, achieved the next level qualification: the Diploma in Life Coaching. The Diploma involved working with a diverse range of clients and to date I have carried out over 70 hours of individual practical coaching as well as coaching within the workplace.

I now offer a small number of programmes of 45 minute sessions of face to face or telephone coaching with additional support via e-mail - please contact me for further details.

As your Coach I will work with you objectively and with an open mind, providing clarity and focus, so that you are able to make effective decisions and facilitate change in your chosen areas, for example, career, home life, time management, work/life balance or personal development. Life coaching can be uplifting, exhilarating... and challenging. One thing is for sure, by working together and with commitment on both sides, the results can be amazing!

For a small investment that may be less than you would pay for a designer outfit or a weekend break, you will be making lasting and effective changes to your life enabling you to reach your fullest potential, achieve your goals and realise your dreams!

For more information, to book a free initial session or simply to request a call back, please e-mail me: kati@KatiTyler.com

What are you waiting for? Take action now!

Life Coaching is all about identifying what you want out of life and then taking action to get there!
A few key song lyrics in the charts struck me recently, as they seemed to highlight a fairly common human activity: procrastination! How many times (and I am as guilty as anyone) have you intended to do something but you just "haven't got around to it", or you noticed that weeks have gone by and you still haven't taken that first step to achieve the thing you want to?
Life Coaching can help you identify the roadblocks, build on what motivates you to take action, set out clear goals and action plans, but most importantly, Life Coaching can help you to "just do it"!

If you are interested in finding out more or you would like to book a free 45 minute trial session, please contact me: lifecoach@KatiTyler.com
